introduction:

ES612A is an electrostatic generator produced by ESDEMC Company in the United States and sold by Shenzhen EUTTEST Company. The electrostatic generator can complete device-level ESD-HBM, ESD-HMM, and ESD-MM test projects. The DC characteristic test port on the generator can be used with DC test equipment such as digital source meters to help determine the electrostatic damage threshold more easily. ES612A can be used with a multi-pin automation generator for application expansion, and can also be used as a step in the device quality inspection specification process.

The pulse source design and injection method of the ES612A electrostatic generator can ensure the waveform performance of the device under test. The built-in current probe of the device automatically captures the waveform of the pulse injection and is used to determine the on-level of the protection circuit. In addition, the voltage waveform can also be captured by connecting the optional voltage probe to the oscilloscope. Since the device can also be extended to detect the DC characteristics before and after the ESD waveform is injected, the damage determination of ESD events can be carried out.
