国内外汽车电子及整车EMC测试标准清单

  • 无论是新能源汽车还是传统汽车车内的电子电气部件都占据着极大的比重,随着汽车电气化发展越来越快,车辆这电子设备越来越多,整车环境中的零部件工作环境越来越严酷。所以汽车电子零部件的电磁兼容性问题与整车的安全密切相关,可想而知汽车电子的EMC测试已成为汽车厂商所要面对的最严峻的挑战之一。如何评判检测零部件的EMC性能?国际标准,区域标准,中国标准又是怎样的?

     


    汽车电子产品EMC测试项目

    1、辐射发射RE测试:对车辆及零部件所制定的试验及辐射干扰限制值进行检测,以保护周遭环境内使用之广播设备,而不被影响。

    2、传导发射CE测试:对安装于车辆上的12V/24V设备系统在开关瞬间产生噪声,而进行传导瞬时干扰测试,依所制定限制值进行检测,以保护车辆性能及安全性。

    3、传导干扰CS测试:对安装于车辆上的12V/24V设备系统,进行传导瞬时耐受测试,依所制定限制值进行检测,以确保该设备系统在车辆使用上的性能及安全性。

    4、辐射干扰RS测试,确保车辆上及零组件于使用状态下,各项操控装置对辐射电磁波所造成性能劣化的免疫力(immunity),以提高车辆的性能及安全性。

    5、静电放电ESD测试:对整车及安装于车辆上的12V/24V设备系统对静电放电的免疫力(immunity),进行检测,以确保使用上的安全。
