Introduction to the use of NNBM 8124-800:
NNBM 8124-800 is a special artificial power network for automotive electronics produced by Schwarzbeck in Germany and authorized by Shenzhen EUTTEST for sales. This car LISN has high voltage and current specifications, making it very suitable for electric vehicle (EV), hybrid drive, and vehicle battery electronic testing.
How to use NNBM 8124-800:
The power supply is connected on the back and the DuT is connected to the front panel. The interference voltage is coupled to the BNC connector and can be measured using an EMI test receiver. For this, the switch on the front panel must be switched to ”measurement”. In most cases, one AMN (such as + and -) must be used for each line. The RF reference ground must be connected to two GND terminals. The red terminal of one NNBM 8124-800 must be connected to the + line, and the red terminal of the other NNBM 8124-800 must be connected to the–line. The LISN connected to the line being measured must be switched to ”measurement”. The other must terminate the 50 ohm by switching the front panel switch to ”50 ohm termination”.
NNBM 8124-800 test application:
The main application of asymmetric single-path AMN (artificial power network) NNBM 8124-800 is to measure the interference voltage of vehicles, aircraft and ships in the HF-VHF range from 0.1 to 150 MHz. NNBM 8124-800 can also be used for bulk current injection (BCI) testing or for transient measurements in accordance with ISO 7637-2. The impedance characteristics are implemented according to CISPR 16-1-2 and CISPR 25, with (5µH + 1 Ohm) || 50 Ohm. The continuous current rating is 250 A, and it is possible to exceed 500 A in a short time. The EuT is connected to the wing terminal on the front panel. The power terminal is located on the back.
