Product Description:
The H4-IC set is a high resolution swarm magnetic field injection probe kit from Langer EMV-Technik, Germany. The kit contains a 2.54 mm2 miniature probe, BS 06DB-s, which can be connected to the output port of an IEC61000-4-4 compliant swarm generator and then apply a pulsed magnetic field at close range to the chip. You can either hold the probe in your hand and position it for testing, or mount it on a Langer. FLS 106 IC set maybe ICS 105 set Automated testing is implemented on two interference localization scanning testers.
