Damped oscillating magnetic field immunity
Introduction:
Damped oscillation magnetic field immunity test is a kind of test project built by IEC61000-4-10, GB/T 17626.10 defined by the demand of damped oscillation magnetic field test, electronic products may be affected by the magnetic field generated by other equipments when they are working, and the standard requires the use of the following waveforms for the damped oscillation magnetic field immunity test:
- Oscillation frequency: 0.1(1±10%)MHz and 1(1±10%)MHz
- Decay rate: 50% after 3-6 cycles to peak decay
- Repetition rate: at least 40 attenuation oscillations per second at 0.1 MHz; at least 400 attenuation oscillations per second at 1 MHz
- Test duration: 2(-0%,+10%)s or continuous operation.
- Output current range: 10A-100A by coil factor.
Damping oscillating magnetic field sources:
The standard defines that the damped oscillating magnetic field is generated by the disconnecting knife gate when it cuts into the high voltage bus.
