Introduction:
The MFA-R 0.2-6 probe is produced by Langer EMV in Germany and authorized by Shenzhen EUTTEST agent to sell the product, the probe's tip is very small, can be used to measure the module such as IC pins, thin wires or small packages of SMD devices (0603-0201) around the high-frequency magnetic field.
The MFA-R 0.2-6 is an active magnetic field microprobe that requires a BT 706 bias tee biasor to operate. In principle, the construction is identical to the MFA-R 0.2-75, only the frequency response is different.
The coil opening at the probe is marked laterally with a black dot. This near-field microprobe is small and easy to use. It has a current attenuation sheath and is electrically shielded.
An amplifier is fixedly integrated into the top of the probe. The amplifier (9 V, 100 mA) is supplied via a bias tee with an impedance of 50 Ω. The impedance is 50 Ω. The near-field microprobe is connected to a spectrum analyzer or oscilloscope with a 50 Ω input via a BT 706 bias T-connector. Tests are completed using the standard accessories included in the MFA01 SET: power adapter and T-bias.
With the help of the correction curve, the output voltage of the probe is converted into the corresponding magnetic field or current flowing through the conductor.
