Introduction:
The electrodes of the RF-E 10 E-field probe are located on the lower side of the probe and are approximately 0.2mm wide, allowing the smallest E-field sources to be localized, such as 0.1mm wide wires with a single pin of a high pin-count integrated circuit.
The magnetic field probe RF-E 10 (30MHz-3GHz) is part of the langer emv RF1 set of magnetic field near-field probes, which cannot be purchased separately, please contact EUTTEST for advice.

RF-E 10 Operating Principle Diagram
The RF-E 10 is a passive near-field probe. It has a higher resolution than the RF-E 02 and RF-E 05 probes. It is not suitable for measurements in the high range as the probe should be placed directly on the measurement object (high electric field strength). This can be accomplished with the RF-E 05 and RF-E 02. The electric field probe is compact and convenient. It has a current attenuation slot, the upper part of which is electrically shielded. It can be connected to a spectrum analyzer or an oscilloscope with 50 Ω input. The E-field probe does not have a 50 Ω internal termination resistor.
