Product Description:
The P1202-4 is a pulsed swarm magnetic field probe manufactured by Langer EMV GMBH, Germany. The EFT/Burst Magnetic Field Source Probe can be used to determine the immunity performance of integrated circuit ICs to pulsed electromagnetic field coupling. This product is represented by Shenzhen EUTTEST for sales and quotation service.The P1202-4 probe can be rotated 360° to detect sensitive conductor loops within the IC and also conductor loops leading out of the IC through the pins. It has no termination resistance and works under short-circuit termination.
The P1202-4 field source is supplied with an EFT voltage signal by an EFT/pulse group generator (IEC 61000-4-4), which is not synchronized with the EFT/pulse group generator, and therefore the reflection process results in current flow. This reflection process occurs during actual device testing according to standard ICE 61000-4-4 and is reproduced by the P1202-4. The P1202-4 does not have a shorting resistor, so its current flow is P1202-4 50 R Twice as many.

The P1202-4 field source is arranged at a defined distance above the IC with the help of an isolation ring.
It has two connections. a Fischer socket (D103 A023) for connection to an EFT/pulse cluster generator and an SMB measurement output for connection to an oscilloscope to monitor the EFT current. Delivery includes the HV FI-FI 1 m RF cable (Fischer connector - Fischer connector). On request, an RF cable with Fischer socket-SHV socket (HV FI-SHV 1 m) connection can be ordered.
