Introduction:
The P1602 is a magnetic field test probe for IC integrated circuits manufactured by langer-emv and marketed by EUTTEST, with a frequency range of up to 3 GHz. The metal housing is compatible with the GND25 connector and isolates it from external signal interference.
The role of P1602:
The RF Magnetic Field Probe P1602 has a 50 Ω RF measurement output. In order to localize magnetic currents in different directions, the RF magnetic field probe can be rotated 360° above the IC. With the help of a distance ring (3 or 10) mm, the RF magnetic field probe is located within a defined distance above the IC.

As shown above, the bottom of the P1602 has a magnetic field probe that grabs the magnetic field on the surface of the IC and displays it on the spectrometer.
