Introduction to ESLP 9145:

ESLP 9145 is a linearly polarized logarithmic periodic wideband antenna produced by schwarzbeck, Germany. The available frequency is (0.7) 1-18 (20) GHz. ESLP9145 can be used for RS radio frequency transmission and RE radio frequency reception testing. The manufacturer provides factory-calibrated omnidirectional gain data and antenna coefficients for antenna attenuation compensation andPower calculation.

The field strength generated by ESLP 9145 when it is separated from the tip of the antenna under free space conditions (see the chart for several combinations of power and distance below). If there is ambient reflection, this may lead to frequency and highly correlated field strengths. The power number refers to the 50Ω power supply and the unmodulated (cw) signal. An 80% amplitude adjustment requires 1.8 times the high voltage, resulting in 3.24 times the power ratio of continuous waves. A 10-fold increase in field intensity requires 100 times the amplifier power.
