In order to implement the important consensus of the high-level economic and trade talks between China and the United States, in accordance with the Tariff Law of the People's Republic of China, the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations, as well as the basic principles of international law, and subject to the approval of the State Council, starting from 12:01 a.m. of May 14, 2025, we will adjust the measures of tariffs on imported commodities originating in the United States. The relevant matters are as follows:

I.
