BNB 8657-10mOhm is an analog battery impedance network from schwarzbeck, Germany, for stabilizing batteries in 48V hybrid technology vehicles.resistance networkWe have implemented a resistor that simulates the internal resistance of a battery in a BNB device. Providing V+ and V- ports to supply power to your product and provide stable power impedance, the self-inductance between the two ports is about 0.1μH, the design principle can be viewed in the circuit schematic below.

Product Features:

In order to cope with the high temperatures of extended testing, this product can be fitted with a temperature sensor, and a flowing coolant can also be used, the flow and temperature difference of which must be sufficient to dissipate the power loss in the resistor. When filling the cooling system, it is important to exhaust any air bubbles that may be present. The maximum working pressure of the cooling system must not exceed 4 bar.
