NNBM 8124-800 Schwarzbeck Automotive Electronics Low Voltage AN Current 200A

Introduction：

NNBM 8124-800 is a low-voltage artificial network LV AN for automotive electronics produced by German schwarzbeck and authorized to be sold by Shenzhen EUTTEST agent, which has a continuous current rating of 500 A, and a short time more than 800A is possible.

Test application:

The main application of the NNBM 8124-800 is the measurement of interference voltages 0.1-150 MHz in vehicles, aircraft and ships in the HF-VHF range. It can also be used for high-current injection BCI testing or transient measurements according to ISO 7637-2. The impedance characteristics of the NNBM 8124-800 (5μH + 1 Ohm) || 50 Ohm circuit principle is designed and manufactured according to CISPR 16-1-2 and CISPR 25. This automotive LISN has high voltage and current specifications, making it ideal for electric vehicle (EV), hybrid drive, and on-board battery electronics testing.

Usage:

The power supply for the NNBM 8124-800 is connected at the back and the automotive electronics components are connected to the front panel. The interference voltage is coupled to the BNC connector on the front panel and can be measured by the tester using an external EMI test receiver. For this purpose, the switch on the front panel must be switched to "Measurement".

In most cases, you must use one AMN per line (e.g., + and -).The RF reference ground must be connected to both GND terminals. The red terminal of one NNBM 8124-800 must be connected to the + line and the red terminal of the other NNBM 8124-800 must be connected to the - line. The LISN connected to the line being measured must be switched to "Measurement". The other must be connected to the internal 50Ω load resistor by switching the front panel switch to "50 Ohm Termination".
