Product Description:
The P1601 / P1702 set is a set of RF emission test probes manufactured by Langer EMV-Technik, Germany, and is authorized to be sold and quoted by EUTTEST Shenzhen. The set contains two electric field probes (P1601) and magnetic field probes (P1702) for RF emission testing of integrated circuits. They are used to measure the near-field electromagnetic field signals coupled from operating integrated circuits, and the measurement data helps to evaluate the emission characteristics of the integrated circuits according to the type of electromagnetic field.
Measurements with the kit and all calculations are performed with Langer's ChipScan-ESA software.
This set can only measure RF emissions up to 1 GHz, if you need to measure up to 3 GHz, please select: P1602 / P1702 set
