Product Description:
The P202 / P302 L-EFT set is a set of IC EMP injection probes from Langer EMV-Technik, Germany. The set consists of two different probes, the P202 L-EFT (1.5/5 ns waveform) and the P302 L-EFT (1.5/20 ns waveform), which simulate different faulty pulses injected into an IC chip. The BPS202 is included in the kit. The BPS202 burst source is included in the kit and can be connected directly to both probes.

Product Features:
This set of probes is used to determine the resistance of integrated circuits to pulse interference under strong currents and high voltages. This set of specimens produces stronger currents and higher voltages than P211 and P311. When testing burst sequences or electrostatic discharge equipment, there are attenuated interference pulses at the pins of the integrated circuits used in the equipment. p200/p300 series specimens simulate these attenuated interference pulses to analyze the immunity of each pin during operation of the integrated circuits. p200 series specimens are designed for current coupling with parameters determined based on the principle of magnetic field-pulse coupling in the electronic component set. The parameters of the P300 series specimens for voltage coupling are determined according to the magnetic field pulse coupling principle of the electronic component group.
