CDN S19 Coupling Decoupling Network for HDMI Connectors

Introduction：

CDN S19 HDMI is a coupling decoupling network device for HDMI connectors for high definition video signals from Schwarzbeck, Germany, which is authorized to be sold and quoted as a service by EUTTEST Shenzhen. The device meets the requirements of IEC 61000-4-6, Figure D.1, and can be used for conducted immunity testing of products with 19-pin HDMI HD video cable connectors.

High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) is a fully digital video and sound transmission interface that can send uncompressed audio and video signals, HDMI can be used in TV set-top boxes, DVD players, personal computers, televisions, gaming consoles, integrated amplifiers, digital stereos and televisions, etc. The standard Type A HDMI connector has 19 pins, and a Type B connector has been defined to support higher resolution, but no manufacturer has yet adopted the Type B connector. The standard Type A HDMI connector has 19 pins, and another Type B connector has been defined to support higher resolution, but no manufacturer uses Type B. The Type B connector has 29 pins, which allows it to send an extended video channel to cope with future high image quality requirements, such as WQSXGA (3200×2048). Therefore, this device can only test type A HDMI connectors. The device supports a maximum of 100V AC or 150V DC input from the DUT and is rated at 0.25A.
