CGE01 Comb Spectrum Signal Generator is a Comb Spectrum - Noise Signal Generator manufactured by York emc, UK and distributed by EUTTEST, containing the following sub-models:

All available models include the CGE01 main generator - and two different configurations, the CGE01C and CGE01R, for use in EMC laboratory comparisons and periodical verifications.

• The main generator - CGE01C, which can be equipped with a 50 Ω SMA output connector, is used to connect directly to the implemented test system or to an external antenna in order to generate a test field for the evaluation of radiated emission test systems.
• Alternatively, for optimal reproducibility and compactness in radiation-only applications, the main generator - CGE01R - can be equipped with an integrated antenna.

As standard, the noise source's stepping can be switched between 80 MHz and 100 MHz, so more frequency points can be measured than with a fixed frequency source. Optional special requirements provide a 50 MHz/80 MHz stepping option, allowing measurements to be made in accordance with CISPR 16 for darkroom validation above 1 GHz.
