Product Description:

The ES614 is an automatic electrostatic gun air discharge test station manufactured by ESDEMC, Inc. that allows easy desktop control of parameters such as travel speed, angle, and path of travel, allowing the electrostatic discharge generator to move closer to the object under test according to a customized pattern. When the way the electrostatic gun moves near the DUT is controlled, it improves test consistency and also eliminates the instability of manual control.

Product Features:

ES 614 series ESD simulator air discharge workstation with CNC linear guide system, fully automated by the computer end of the host computer software (LabVIEW control of the test and report software) to achieve automation control, you can control the vertical movement of the electrostatic gun, the movement angle, close to the speed of the parameters such as the air discharge test or metrological calibration work for IEC61000-4-2.

The ES 614 also incorporates highly accurate environmental sensors, including temperature, relative humidity and pressure sensors, to allow ESD testers to record environmental parameters relevant to electrostatic testing according to standard requirements.

The ES 614 is also equipped with a spring-loaded air discharge tip to avoid hard impacts between the electrostatic gun and the test object.

The ES 614 is a test stand that can carry multiple brands of ESD generators, so if you are using the ESDEMC ES613 ESD generator, they will work perfectly together.
