Product Features:

For the calibration of ultra-high power (2.5kW) and extra-large wiring harnesses, the calibration fixture adopts a heavy-duty cavity design with an extra-large aperture (54×108mm), which is characterized by high structural strength and durability, and the cavity is internally strengthened with reinforcement bars, so that the mechanical load capacity can reach more than 500kg, which can avoid the deformation of the cavity caused by the transmission of high-power signals. The internal coaxial structure has been precisely simulated and debugged to ensure impedance consistency during the transmission of ultra-high power signals, and the power loss is controlled within 5% to ensure the accuracy of calibration data.
