F-38-4 is a 1GHz small size current monitoring probe manufactured by FCC - Fischer Custom Communications, Inc. and authorized to be sold by EUTTEST in Shenzhen, China. The maximum inner ring diameter is only 5mm, so it can only be used for measuring conducted interference signals for small size cables.
