The 50561-3 standard specifies in Appendix B what type of ISN should be used to measure the asymmetrical interference voltage of PLC devices as shown below:

The standard also specifies that the differential voltage dividing factor is calculated according to the formula mentioned in EN 55016-1-2. Based on the formula and our ISN structure, 20*log (50/96.3)=5.7 dB, we can measure that the dividing factor of the ISN 50561-3 should be close to 5.7 dB for the EUT-BNC port, as shown in the figure below:
