NNHV 8123 Schwarzbeck HV artificial network Current 100A

Introduction：

NNHV 8123 is a HV AN - High Voltage Artificial Network for automotive electronics produced by Schwarzbeck, Germany and distributed by EUTTEST Shenzhen. This LISN supports the maximum continuous operating current of 70A and the maximum instantaneous current of 100A for the tested automotive electronic parts and components products.

Test Utilization Guide:

The main application of the NNHV 8123 is the measurement of interference voltages in the HF-VHF range 0.1 MHz-150 MHz using shielded cables for the testing of electronic components in electric vehicles according to the EMC test standard for automotive electronics: CISPR 25 ED.4 version or BMW GS 95025-1.

Using this AN with our 50 Ω load terminals, it is also possible to perform BCI tests with high current injection. The impedance characterization circuit principle is 5 μH || 50 Ω and is realized by connecting the inductor in parallel with the input impedance of the measurement receiver.

For testing, each NNHV 8123 needs to be fitted into the HV shielding box HVSE 8600 as per standard requirements, each AN can be used to measure a single path so to be able to measure HV+ and HV- bipolarity you will need to source two identical NNHV 8123s. The DUT EUT must be connected to the front panel terminals and the supply voltage must be connected to the rear panel.
