Product Description:
RTC1000 is a fast oscilloscope with a wide range of measurement functions manufactured by R&S, Germany, which is sold and quoted by EUTTEST Shenzhen. SupportR&S OscilloscopesThe system includes a logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, waveform and pattern generator, digital voltmeter, component tester, frequency analysis mode, mask test mode, and many other features.
The versatility of the RTC1000:
Oscilloscope function:
Oscilloscopes With a sampling rate of up to 2 Gsample/s and a memory depth of up to 2 Msample, the R&S®RTC1000 oscilloscopes excel in their class. Waveform update rates in excess of 10,000 waves/second ensure that the instrument is responsive and can reliably capture signal faults. Built-in tools provide fast results such as Quick Look, Mask Test, FFT, Math, Cursor, and Auto Measurement (including statistics).
Logic analyzer function:
The R&S®RTC-B1 option turns every R&S®RTC1000 into an intuitive and easy-to-use MSO with eight additional digital channels. Oscilloscopes capture and analyze signals from analog and digital components in embedded designs that are synchronized and time-correlated. For example, the delay between the input and output of an A/D converter can be easily determined using cursor measurements.
Protocol analyzer function:
Protocols such as I2C, SPI and CAN/LIN often transfer control information between integrated circuits. the R&S®RTC1000 has a variety of options for protocol-specific triggering and decoding of serial interfaces. Relevant events and data can be selectively acquired and analyzed. The hardware-based implementation ensures smooth operation and high update rates, even for long acquisition times. This is advantageous, for example, for the acquisition of multiple packetized serial bus signals.
Waveform and pattern generator:
The integrated R&S®RTC-B6 waveform and pattern generator up to 50 Mbit/s can be used for teaching and implementing prototype hardware. In addition to the usual sine, square/pulse, ramp and noise waves, it can also output 4-bit patterns. Waveforms and patterns can be imported in CSV file format or copied from oscilloscope waveforms. You can preview the signal before playing it back to quickly check the correctness of the signal. Predefined modes such as I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN/LIN are provided.
Digital voltmeter function:
For synchronized measurements, the R&S®RTC1000 is equipped with a three-digit digital voltmeter (DVM) and a six-digit frequency meter on each channel. Measurement functions offered include DC, AC + DC (RMS) and AC (RMS).
Component Tester
You will also benefit from the included component tester. 50 Hz and 200 Hz measurement frequencies help you to easily find faulty components. Since a picture is worth a thousand words, or rather a thousand values, you can determine at a glance whether the error analysis is correct.
Frequency analysis mode:
Hard-to-find faults often arise from the interaction between time and frequency signals. the FFT function of the R&S®RTC1000 can be activated at the push of a button by entering the center frequency and span. With the high-performance FFT function of the R&S®RTC1000 oscilloscope, signals of up to 128k points can be analyzed. Other useful tools include cursor measurements and automatic frequency domain setup.
Mask Test Mode:
The MASK mask test provides a quick indication of whether a particular signal is within specified tolerances. Mask test assesses the quality and stability of the DUT based on a statistical pass/fail assessment. Signal anomalies and unexpected results can be quickly identified. As soon as the mask is violated, the measurement stops. Each violation generates a pulse output on the AUX-OUT connector of the R&S®RTC1000. This pulse output can be used by the test engineer to trigger an action in an external measurement setup.
