BBV 9745 Schwarzbeck 2GHz Low Noise Preamplifier

Synopsis.

The BBV 9745 is a low noise preamplifier manufactured by Schwarzbeck, Germany and authorized for sale by EUTTEST Shenzhen. The amplifier can be used for signal amplification in the frequency range of 9kHz-2GHz with a gain of up to 30dB.

The amplifier has a 2-stage amplification circuit, the first stage circuit uses ESD + protection of the MMIC against accidental ESD, and then the second stage uses the amplification circuit. The preamplifier BBV9745 is an ESD sensitive device and therefore testers and cables should be subjected to ESD before connection as an essential precaution to protect small semiconductor structures operating in the microwave frequency range.
