The HT9464 is a high voltage isolation withstand voltage tester and partial discharge tester from HT world Inc. in the USA. The HVTester 9464 is distributed by EUTTEST Shenzhen and complies with stringent international standards for opto-couplers or capacitive couplers, such as UL1577, VDE 0083, VDE 0884-11, VDE 0884-17. The testers provide the high AC voltages required to isolate the dielectric boundaries of devices where dielectric strength is critical (e.g., optocouplers, opto-triodes, capacitive couplers, inductive couplers, Hall effect current transducers, solid state relays, pulse transformers, conventional relays, short coaxial cables, and dielectrics between layers of PC boards, etc.). The tester is equipped with safety interlocks that allow the operator to safely use voltages up to 7 kVac or 9.9 kV peak.

Performs VDE and IEC type and random tests (two-phase 60 s/10 s) as well as a typical 1-second IEC routine production test.
Can only be used for leakage testing; or leakage and partial discharge testing. leakage current is monitored during T1 test time; leakage current and partial discharge are monitored during T2 test time.
Partial discharge PASS/FAIL thresholds are accurately calibrated over a range of 1 to 9 picocoulomb steps. For 10 to 50 picocoulombs, use linear extrapolation calibration.
Implements High Q Narrowband and Wideband Integrator Partial Discharge Detection Circuits; with 1 picocoulomb detection sensitivity. The High Q Narrowband Detector is the factory default configuration.
