The HT-9464M is a high-voltage isolation voltage tester and partial discharge tester from TORQUIL, and is designed to be used in conjunction with theHT9464Likewise, the 9464M provides the AC voltages needed to perform leakage and partial discharge tests for equipment insulation boundaries where dielectric strength is critical (e.g., optocouplers, digital isolators, optical triacs, capacitive couplers, inductive couplers, Hall effect current sensors, solid state relays, pulse transformers, conventional relays, short coaxial cables, (circuit board interlayer dielectric materials, etc.). The tester is equipped with safety interlocks to enable operators to use the equipment safely within the maximum output voltage range. This product has been authorized by EUTTEST Shenzhen for worldwide sales and quotation service.

This equipment ensures that the product under test complies with the requirements of insulation voltage test standards such as IEC 60747-5-5, VDE 0884-10 / VDE 0884-11 and UL1577.What do these insulation test standards require of digital isolators?
