Product Description:

The INS-1250-30K is an INS Sequential Pulse Insulation Test Generator manufactured by EMCpartner (Switzerland) and distributed by EUTTEST for output voltages up to 30 KV. The 30 kV proof test cabinet can be placed (optional) at a maximum distance of 2 m from the main generator and includes a reliable safety interlock circuit. The optional LED warning lamps comply with IEC 61140, VDE 0140-1. The 1 Gbps Ethernet port of the INS generator can be connected to a computer over an optional 10 m fiber optic cable.

Safety Test Interlock Circuit

The new INS series from EMCpartner is another breakthrough in insulation technology.With a pulse repetition frequency of 1 pulse per second up to 3.5 kV and 1 pulse every 8 seconds at 30 kV, the INS is probably the fastest insulation test system in the world.The 7.5 kV model can then be upgraded to 15 kV and the 22.5 kV model to 30 kV. Output impedance is selectable from 40 Ω - 4 kΩ (default 40 Ω).
