The R&S RTM is a general purpose oscilloscope manufactured by R&S in Germany and sold by EUTTEST in Shenzhen, China. The RTM Sequence Oscilloscopes provide precise signal display, even for long sequences, and extremely high time resolution for fast signal analysis and easy operation of the tool. The extremely low noise front-end and the A/D converter allow the user to make precise measurements even at the smallest vertical resolution. rtm oscilloscopes offer a maximum input sensitivity of 1 mV/div without any bandwidth limitation and software scaling, thus providing extremely high vertical resolution.

R&S RTM oscilloscopes are also available with passive and active probes. In addition to excellent measurement performance, the active probes have two innovations: the miniature pushbuttons on the probes, which can be preset to a variety of functions for direct control of the oscilloscope, and the probe voltmeter (R&S ProbeMeter), which is integrated in the probe and can be used to accurately measure DC voltages. Regardless of the channel settings of the oscilloscope's base unit, the voltmeter can quickly detect the supply voltage or the voltage at the point of operation.
