The F-40-5 is a 50MHz current probe manufactured by the FCC in the U.S.A. The available frequency range is from 10Hz to 50MHz, and the transmission impedance of the probe will not be altered by energizing a 1000A current or 5000A pulsed current at a frequency of DC-400Hz.
