The NHMA 6M is a set of antenna assemblies for handheld radio transmitter immunity testing consisting of 16 NHMA antennas at various frequencies, all consisting of normal mode tuned helix antennas with antipodes and a wideband flat element antenna for testing at 26 - 2700 MHz. The antenna sets consisted of 14 normal mode helix antennas and one broadband flat element antenna, the latter originating from a smallBiconical antennaIt includes a 50 mm polystyrene rangefinder. All components are stored in a shipping box embedded in shock-absorbing foam to avoid damage during transportation. Some space was deliberately left in the foam for other small parts.
