Standard Name:
GB/T 17799.2-2023 General Standard for Electromagnetic Compatibility Part 2: Immunity Standards in Industrial Environments
Referenced in: IEC 61000-4-6:2016 standard.
GB/T 17799.2-2023 Which industrial products are applicable:
The purpose of GB/T 17799.2-2023 is to specify the immunity test requirements for continuous and transient, conducted and radiated disturbances and electrostatic discharges associated with electrical and electronic equipment used in industrial premises and directly connected to DC distribution grids or using batteries and used in industrial premises for which there is no dedicated product or product class immunity standard.
- The electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) immunity requirements of this document apply to the following electrical and electronic equipment used in industrial locations, covering the frequency range from 0 Hz to 400 GHz. Tests are not required at frequencies where immunity requirements are not specified.
- This general EMC immunity standard applies if there is no relevant specialized product or product class EMC immunity standard.
- This document applies to electrical and electronic equipment operating in industrial premises (as defined in 3.7), both indoor and outdoor This document also applies to equipment connected directly to a direct current (DC) distribution network or powered by batteries and used in industrial premises.
- This document specifies the immunity test requirements related to continuous and transient, conducted and radiated disturbances and electrostatic discharges for equipment within the scope of application.
Port definitions for industrial equipment:
